We finally hiked to Lower Palisades Lake. We got a slower start and I wanted to drive through Grand Teton and Yellowstone after, but it took us way longer than I anticipated, but we made it and it was beautiful.
We took a wrong turn at the camp ground, but quickly found our way to the lake. There was a big bull moose there and we could see fish in the outlet to the river.
Having lunch and swimming in the lake. Leaches and all refreshed us and we made it back out. Gavin and Hyrum were very tired and I am proud of how well Ethan, James and Grace helped so we could get out. Nothing like accomplishing hard things as a family.
