Hyrum 2 Years Old

 Just a few things about Hyrum at 2 years old:

Things He Loves

• He loves to drive around his toys cars.
• He loves to throw and kick balls.
• He loves to shoot guns.
• He loves his blankets.

Social and Emotional

• He likes to copy what others adults and older children do. 
• Gets excited when his siblings come home from school and will run and hug each of them as they are walking home. 
• Wants to do everything himself.  
• He is mischievous. He will smile and doing what he has been told not to
• He is so grumpy when he wakes up. No matter how long he has slept.

• He points to things or pictures when they are named

• He can follow simple instructions.

• Plays simple make-believe games. Mostly shooting guns and acting like he got hit with a ballet.  
• He can builds towers of 4 or more blocks

• Stands on tiptoe 
• Kicks a ball

• Walks up and down stairs holding railing

• He tells us as soon as he pees in his diaper or poops, but does not want to sit on the toilet.
