Jeremy and I were able to take an over night trip to Logan Utah for our 16th anniversary. We had lunch at the Old Grist Mill. Not my favorite, but it was fine. Then we went to the Ellen Eccles Theater to watch the play "Matilda". The theater was beautiful and the play was very well done.
We spent the rest of the day shopping for Jeremy some new clothes and having dinner before returning to our hotel and relaxing in the hot tub.
The next morning on our way home we stopped to visit a few family member graves. We first found Elizabeth Crook Panting in the Logan Cemetery.

We took the back way home and stopped in the Weston, Oneida Cemetery and found Anker August Kofoed and Ellomine Jensen Kofoed
