Thanksgiving

We went down to my Grandma Avery's house for Thanksgiving day. Even though she is no longer with us we sill use her house as a gathering place. My dad and his wife Tess were there as well as my Uncle Norman and all of his family and My Aunt Jeanene and her husband Ward.

We made 2 pumpkin pies and a classic apple pie, a Dutch apple pie and a raspberry cheese cake. Plus a green bean casserole.

The kids enjoyed playing on the farm, shooting guns and riding four wheelers. Some of us took a two mile walk after dinner. We all enjoyed visiting.

We also took the time to visit my moms grave and make sure it was all decorated for Christmas.

That night we drove to Pocatello to stay with Jeremy's parents. We enjoyed dinner with his family the next day, playing games and going swimming with Mandi and most of the kids.

Saturday we were able to go to the Pocatello temple and do a session there. It was nice to be with all of Jeremys siblings most of the spouses and his parents. I also was able to see a childhood Friend, Brandon Johnson and visit with him and his wife.

After the temple we had lunch and headed home.
