This is the first year we have carved the boy's pumpkins. We usually have them paint them, but decided to give it a try. Ethan hatted the guts of the pumpkin. James was not thrilled with them, but pulled more out than Ethan would. They picked some Jack-O-Lantern faces and Jeremy and I carved them while the boys played. Mostly this was because they lost interest, and it was kind of easier to carve with out little hands in the way. Both boys seemed happy with the outcome and were eager to put them out side for everyone to see.
