The Ririe Chapel Church, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints, and The City of Ririe did such a great job putting on the community Christmas Celebration. It is always hard to get our large family to things like this with all our other activity’s, homework, etc. but it was worth it. The festivities in the town of Jerusalem were so fun. The kids got yummy treats, horse shoe rings, could pet animals and play games. The live Nativity truly brought the spirit and focused us on why we are celebrating Christmas. Thankful that Jeremy was able to be a wise man once again and this time he was even able to ride a camel. Ethan and James were able to be shepherds this year. The prayer that the pastor offered giving thanks for our savior even during a hard year made me feel united with my small community and touched my heart. Well done to all involved.
