Happy Birthday Ethan

Ethan had a birthday and we said good bye to our twelve year old and welcomed in the thirteen year old version. Yes! We have a teenager! He is way faster than me and is going to pass me in height soon. Thankfully his dad still has him on speed (as long as it is as short race. The old man does not do long distance races 😂) and it will be awhile until Ethan passes him in high.

Ethan is self motivated and driven to improve himself. He might be a little bit competitive. Ethan can be shy and unsure of himself at times. At other times he can talk your ear off, is hilarious, an may need to be reminded to have some humility. This kid is finding a little bit of teenage attitude, that has me sending prayers to heaven for patients, but over all he is still a very respectful and obedient child. This self proclaimed mammas boy is growing up way to fast. We could not be more proud of him and love him to pieces. 

We simply celebrated with gifts, and cake and ice cream at home as a family. Happy Birthday Buddy!
